European TR Meeting Germany 2025

Please review the details of the 1-night pre-meeting, 4-night weekend meeting and 4-night tour. There are also visit options available for the weekend and the tour. When you have decided what you would like to book, please read carefully the page “How to Book”, then go to “Book your Place,” carefully following the instructions given in how to book.

Once you have added all of the rooms and options you wish to book to your shopping cart, please check them carefully before proceeding to checkout. You will be asked to fill in a form giving details of the driver, co-pilot and your car to allow the organising team to organise the event. You will be asked to pay a Euro 200 deposit to secure your booking.

Bookings will close on 28 February 2025.

After all bookings have been received, your local European Coordinator will contact you to collect the balance payment in your local currency.
